Mrs. Anna Kletzien, 69, of the town of Schleswig, Manitowoc County, died this morning at an Appleton hospital. The body was brought to the Meiselwitz Funeral home at Kiel, and funeral arrangements are pending. Mrs. Kletzien was born in the town of Schleswig June 19, 1879, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Heidemann, and was confirmed at the Lutheran church at Louis Corners in 1893 by the late Rev. M. Denninger. She was married to Otto Kletzien Feb. 11, 1900, and the couple operated a farm in the town of Schleswig until his death in 1935.
Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Norman (Lillian) Prange, of Sheboygan; two sons, Norbert, of Walnut, Ill., and Arvin, of the town of Schleswig; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild; two brothers, Otto C. Heidemann, of the town of Schleswig, and Ephraim, of Thorp; and a sisters, Mrs. Arvin Schmidt, of the town of Schleswig.
