Melba Jane Gedge is the only daughter of William and Melba Kidgell Gedge. The cousins had their own playhouse and playground that Grandpa and Grandma built for thier grandchildren. The cousins all had the time of their lives in this playgound. Melba Jane was no different than the rest. What a time we had and after she died, the playground was not the same. I have nothing but good memories of her. She had Hirichsprung disease and died of lubular pneumonia in the LDS Hospital. She was buried 20th October 1947 in the Elysian Burial Gardens. I can still see her in those wonder ringletts Aunt Melba made for her every Sunday.
