age 37, of Tampa, Florida, passed away Monday, November 23, 2009 at the Tampa General Hospital.
Funeral services were held Friday, November 27, 2009, 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Jimmy Hampton, Rev. Harvey Logan and Rev. Doug Sexton officiating. Burial was at the Stearns Cemetery.
He was born in Dayton, Ohio on February 26, 1972. He was the son of the late Joe Darrell Swain and Gail Baltimore Wingo.
Survivors include his mother and step-father Gail and Kenneth Wingo of Valrico, Florida, a daughter Kelly Jo Swain and a son Zachary Scott Swain both of Valrico, Florida. There are three sisters Jeanna Swain of Riverview, Florida, Tammy Hight of Brandon, Florida, and Danielle Skiver of Valrico, Florida.
