Born April 9 1942in Lee County Virginia,he was a son of the late Lonnie J. and Nancy B Gilreath Baltimore.He was a construction worker.
Preceding him in death were his parents and a grandchild.
Survivors include his wife Judy Shepherd Baltimore,Stearns,two sons Rodney Paul Baltimore Jr.,Covington,James Michael Baltimore,Whitley City,two daughters,Cheryl Daugherty and Lisa R King both of Whitley City ,six grandchildren,Paula,Dusty,Tara Jo,Joseph, Damon and Aaron ,a brother Robert Baltimore,five sisters Norma Walters and Anna Kidd,both of Pine Knot,Patsy Creekmore ,Dayton Ohio,Judy Clark, Winchester and Gail Wingo,Washington DC.
