THE MARTINSVILLE BULLETIN, Martinsville, Va., Thurs., Oct. 27, 1955. Mrs. Nora Rogers Mabe, 76, wife of Walter Mabe of Lawsonville, died Wednesday night at her home following a long illness. She is survived by her husband, six daughters, one of whom is Mrs. Rachel Clark of Bassett; seven sons and one brother. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at Snow Creek Primitive Baptist Church near Lawsonville. Burial will follow in the family cemetery near the home. (Submitted by D. Reynolds)
