Jo Nell Franklin, of Tulare passed away on May 24, 2009 at the age of 84. Jo Nell was born February 4, 1925 in Big Spring Texas. She was a christian lady, liked going to church. She was a loving mother and grandmother, and worked for the severely disabled children and enjoyed buying beautiful things for them. She enjoyed gardening and growing plants. She liked fashion apparel and liked to dress up. Jo Nell enjoyed people watching, birds, and really enjoyed music.
Jo Nell is survived by daughter Donna Gilpin of Tulare, Judy Alvarez of Homosassa Beach, Fl., Joetta Denny of Tulare, Ca., son Jerry Franklin of Tulare, Ca., Brother Vernon Cox, Michigan, 11 grandchildren, 24 great grand children and 1 great great grandchild, many nieces and nephews.
Jo Nell was preceded in death by 2 sisters and 2 brothers.
