Egypt Man Killed By Electric Car

William Footer Was Walking on Tracks.

Fairport, Dec. 5.—William Footer, a farmer, was struck by a Rochester, Syracuse & Eastern car in Egypt early tonight and instantly killed. The man is said to have been walking upon the tracks.

Coroner Killip was notified soon after the accident happened, and directed the removal of the remains to Shaw's undertaking rooms, at Fairport. He will investigate the case to-morrow morning.

Footer lived in the town of Egypt, and was on his way home when struck by a westbound car....
