She was a member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church where she was active in the after school programs.
Survivors include: three daughters; three brothers including Kenneth Lee Peterson of Palacios; and sister, . Mary Ellen Bannert of Palacios; and four grandchildren.
Preceded in death by husband, and two brothers. Services were 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 16, 1997.
