Clara married Herman Gerlach on June 6, 1896 in Hudson, WI. They had two daughters, Florence Marguerite (b.1897 d.1987) and Elsie Genevieve (b.1899 d.1996). They settled in Barnum, MN where they operated a general store.

Clara was my Great-Grandmother. I remember as a wee child I would call her Grandma Gerlach. I didn't know any better.
