Charles Arthur Love was born the son of John Elisha and Pauline Coralee Coulter Love on March 5, 1941 in Dexter, Iowa. Chuck, as he was known died on April 11, 2010 at the Clarinda Regional Hospital in Clarinda, Iowa following a short fight with pneumonia. He was 69 years, 1 month and 6 days of age.
Chuck graduated from the Dexter High School in 1959. He worked for a time at Schirm Produce in Dexter, as well a numerous other positions in the area. The one position he really enjoyed was as a volunteer laborer at Living History Farms in Urbandale, Iowa. Chuck lived much of his life in the Des Moines, Keokuk, Cherokee and Clarinda areas. He enjoyed played baseball, bowling, reading and watching TV.
Chuck leaves the following family to celebrate his life: brothers Arvid Love and wife Lila of Dexter; brother Edward Love of Dexter, two nieces, and several great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Pauline Love and a brother Francis Love.
