Benjamin Blehm
Lander - Funeral services for Benjamin Blehm, 91, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Chapel of Mount Hope, Hudson's Funeral Home, with the Rev. Dave Holman of the Foursquare Church officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery.
He died Oct. 8, 1998, at Westward Heights Care Center.
He was born Aug. 17, 1907, in Bazine, Kan., the son of Henry J. and Eva K. (Shrader) Blehm.
He attended schools in Bazine and married Phyllis V. Sanders on Aug. 7, 1938.
They moved to Denver in 1941 and he worked as a steel fabricator for Cobusco for approximately 20 years. He was a member of the Arvada Covenant Church.
The Blehms moved to Lander in 1986 to be near family.
Survivors include a daughter and her husband of Lander; two brothers, Harold of Wichita, Kan., and John of Denver; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
