Rev. Ira Taylor Walker was the son of Marshall Keith and Ann Maria (Hawley) Walker. He was the husband of Orcelia A. (Barnes) Walker. Orcelia was born November 11, 1839 at Mehoopany, Wyoming Co., Pennsylvania. They were married in 1859. Orcelia died July 13, 1916. Rev. Walker was a minister in the Methodist Episcopal Church: C 16 L1857 Wyoming Conference 1858 F 1860 Kentucky Conference by transfer Genesee (now Western New York) Conference by transfer 1888. Rev. Walker served during the Civil War, was captured and imprisoned in Libby Prison.
