His death date is shown in the SSDI as Sep 1976, DOB: 6 Nov 1906; issued in MO; last lived in Bismarck, Hot Spring, Arkansas.
Missouri marriages does have him marrying Verna Burris in Jackson Co., on 10 June 1942.
With all the above information, it is most probable, your Everett C. Ratcliff is the same person as my cousin.
