Professional Football Player. He attended Horn Lake High School in Mississippi and played collegiate football at Jackson State University, before he was chosen by Seattle during the 5th round of the 1978 NFL Draft. For three seasons (1978 to 1980), he played at the offensive-tackle position in the National Football League with the Seattle Seahawks. He joined a Seahawks' offensive line which included veteran players Norm Evans and Nick Bebout appearing in 35 games. Bullard extended his professional football career an additional three seasons, as he played in the United States Football League (USFL) from 1983 to 1985 with the Boston/New Orleans/Portland Breakers. Following football, he worked for Miller-Coors in Tennessee serving as distributor sales manager. In addition, he was active in charitable causes with the American Cancer Society. He was inducted into the Jackson State University Sports Hall of Fame in 1994.
