Nancy M. (McCaw) Quigley, 86, of West Hartford, wife of the late George M. Quigley, died Thursday, (January 11, 2001) at home. Born in Kilcorcoran, Miltown Malbay, County Clare, Ireland, she lived in Greater Hartford since 1930. She was a graduate of the Hartford Secretarial School and retired from Aetna Life and Casualty in 1976 after many years of service. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-laws, Michael J. and Sara Quigley of Vienna, VA, and John P. and Paula Quigley of Glastonbury; a daughter and son-in-law, Anne M. and Jack Lawler of South Weymouth, MA; four sisters, Kathleen M. Klett of Newington, Maureen Canny of West Hartford, Bridget Morrison in England, and Sister M. LaSalette in Zambia; a brother, Joseph McCaw in Ireland; six grandchildren, Susan Callinan, James, Kevin and Michael Quigley, and Kathryn and Caroline Quigley; seven great grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Mary McCaw of Newington, and Bobby McCaw in Ireland; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers, Michael, John and Patrick McCaw; a sister, Susan McCaw; and a brother-in-law, Dwight B. Quigley. Burial will be in Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield.
