Jane was a US Naval veteran of WW II and held her country very close to her heart. After moving to Florida from Ohio, she was employed in retail sales at Maas Brothers where she retired after 13 years. In retirement, Jane was fond of many things. She thoroughly enjoyed Bingo with her sister, playing card games with her family and friends, watching college football and golf on TV, the mysterious beauty of the owl, discussing current events, fine dining, Coors Light, sausage pizza, and peanut butter. Chunky Peter Pan was her condiment of choice.
Jane was outspoken by few but loved by many. She could rarely speak to anyone without creating a lasting impression. As the head, and the rock of her very diverse family, she will be forever loved and missed.
A Memorial Service will be held at Bay Pines National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you send a donation to the Suncoast Hospice.
