Funeral services for Blake Logan Gilbert, 18, of Pryor will be held Friday, April 23 at Pleasant View Baptist Church in Pryor. Burial will follow at Graham Memorial Cemetery in Pryor. Visitation will be held on Thursday evening from 6-8 PM at Key Funeral Home in Pryor. Services are under the direction of Key Funeral Home in Pryor.
Blake was born on February 20, 1992 in Pryor to Catherine Macy Gilbert. He died Friday, April 16 in Pryor. Blake grew up and attended school in Pryor at the Mayes County COOP School at Lincoln Elementary in Pryor. He attended there from age 3 to age 17. Blake was known to have a contagious smile and a happy squeal that would get everyone's attention. He changed many people's lives just by coming in contact with them. He loved big hugs, so big in fact, that you had to pry yourself loose. Blake loved his toys and the squeaks and rattles are going to be greatly missed by his friends and family.
