Mrs. O. T. Barnum, Dead: Mrs. O. T. Barnum died at the home of her father, James Kerr in the south part of town, Wednesday, July 9. after a long illness from tuberculosis. She has been suffering from this dreaded disease for five months and during the past few months was confined to her room. The deceased was born in Illinois, on November 16, 1887, and died in Lincoln, Kansas, at two o'clock, Wednesday morning, July 9, 1913. She was married to Omar T. Barnum about seven years ago, the husband and two children together with her parents, brothers and sisters survive her. The funeral services were held this, Thursday, afternoon, Rev. Roy Hendrickson conducted the services. The interment was made in the Lincoln cemetery. (Lincoln Sentinel, July 10, 1913, Lincoln, Kansas)
