Sgt. Randolph A. Sigley, 28, of Richmond, Ky., was preceded in death by: his maternal grandfather, Joseph High; paternal grandparents, Harry and Carmen Sigley; and paternal step-grandparents, W.H. and Gladys Hardin. Survivors include: his parents, Al and Rhonda Hardin of Liberty; a sister, Kristin Mattingly of Loretto; and maternal grandmother, Margaret High of Liberty. He died April 18 in Bagram, Afghanistan. The circumstances of his death are under investigation. He was assigned to the 2123rd Transportation Company, Richmond, Ky.
