Myrtle Beach-Services for Myrtle Moore Dix, 97, will be held at 3 pm today at Coastal Worship Center, with burial in Hillcrest Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the worship center. Goldfinch Funeral Home, Chapel is in charge.
Mrs. Dix wife of the late William Isam Dix, died Saturday Feb. 19 1995. Born in Horry County she was a daughter of the late Enoch and Delta Allen Moore. She was a member of Coastal Worship Center.
Surviving are sons Cecil Dix of Aynor, Weston Dix of Sumter and Enoch Junior and Larry Dix, all of Myrtle Beach; daughters Lafrance Brown of Conway and Sylvia Shelley and Miriam Cook, both of Sumter and Onieta Fowler and Laurice Owens, both of Myrtle Beach; sisters Ida Skipper and Velma Rabon of Florence; a half sisters Mattie Lena Brooks of Aynor; 32 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren.
