Mrs. Ella B. Nickell, mother of Mrs. H. A. Graves, died this morning at 9:30 o'clock at the home of her daughter, at Jewell Street and Choctaw Avenue.
Mrs. Nickell had been and invalid several months. Last February she fell and broke her hip. Since Mr. and Mrs. Graves moved to Liberty, she has been making her home here. Mr. Graves purchased the Dorsett store. Besides the daughter, Mrs. Graves, a daughter resides in Berkeley, Calif., and two sons at Artesia, Calif., and another one in Walla Walla, Wash., and a forth son, Parish, has been a member of the Kansas City police force 18 years.
The deceased was born in Kentucky, but lived at Lee's summit many years. Her husband died there in 1908. The funeral services will be held in Liberty Tuesday afternoon at one o'clock and burial will be by the husband at Lee's Summit.
