He was born March 17, 1963, in Albemarle County, and was the son of the late James Henry Baber and Lucy Lee Baber. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Debra Estes.
He was survived by his wife, Amy Baber, of Crozet; a daughter, Brittney Baber, of Verona; and two sons, Chad and Justin Baber of Crozet; a sister, Carolyn Miller and her husband, Buddy, of Crozet; one brother, Jimmy Baber and his wife, Teresa; one grandchild, Riley Rachel Baber; and many nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.
Bobby was self employed as a handyman for many years.
Funeral services were held 2 p.m. Monday, February 1, 2010, at the Anderson Funeral Home Chapel in Crozet with interment at the Mountain Plain Baptist Church Cemetery. Reverend David Collyer officiated.
