Edmund K. "Stub" Attwood, 95, passed away October 11, 1988. Born January 6, 1893 in Sumner, Washington, he was an Army Engineer veteran of World War I, and a member of the WWI V.F.W. and the American Legion Post #138. He worked for the Steilacoom City Maintenance Department.
He is survived by four sons, John E. (Jack) Attwood, Tacoma, Dale W. Attwood, Steilacoom, Neil D. Attwood, Olympia and Vernon W. Attwood, Pt. Angeles; stepson, Elman C. Rohr, Olympia; two brothers, Leonard E. Attwood, Pt. Angeles, Richard W. Attwood, Steilacoom; sister, Pearl Attwood Howard, Ellensburg; 14 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; numerous step grand- and great grandchildren.
