Mr. Stanley R. Townsend Sr., 78, passed away peacefully Sunday, May 3, 2009. Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, he had lived in Smyrna, Georgia since 1961. Mr. Townsend was retired from J.P. Morgan Chase.
He is survived by his wife, Dean Townsend; son, Chip Townsend and his wife Laura; son, Greg Townsend; grandchildren, Carla, Stephen, and Britt; brother, Shirley Townsend and his wife Millie; and many nieces and nephews.
