She was a lifelong resident of Kittanning, and had formerly been employed as a nurse's aide by Armstrong County Health Center. She loved raising her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas E. Lloyd, in 1985; a son, Kirk Lloyd, in 1963; three daughters, Vivian, in 1948; Kelly, in 1965; and Susan, in 2007; and a great-grandson, Jamie, in 2009.
Survivors include two sons, Thomas E. "Tim" Lloyd Jr. and wife, Jodi, of Ohio, and Richard Lloyd and wife, Taffie, of Ford City; three daughters, Patricia Goldinger and husband, Don, of Kittanning, Barbara Tucker, of Kittanning, and Karen Brauers and husband, Bob, of Kittanning; 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; several stepgrandchildren; a sister, Kate Kromer, of Kittanning; and three brothers, Richard Peters, of Ford City, Rodger Peters, of Rural Valley, and Raymond Peters, of North Carolina.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in the SNYDER-CRISSMAN FUNERAL HOME, Kittanning, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday with the Rev. Brenda Barnes officiating. Interment in Ford City Cemetery. For more information or to send an online condolence, please visit
