Oselea was born in Pitkin, Louisiana on April 26, 1914 to Columbus and Mary Magdeline (Murphy) Dickens.
She was a homemaker and a resident of Kountze for most of her life.
Oselea is survived by her children, Glover D. Prince, Jr., John Paul Prince, Priscilla Ortegon, Judy Ann Prince and Edwin A. Prince; her brother, Ervin Dickens; her sister, Willie Ann Dickens; six grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Burial: Holland Cemetery, Village Mills, Texas
