Berglund was born in Sundsvall, Sweden, He immigrated to the United States in 1907 and came to Klamath Falls in 1920.
He was a lumberman for several years and subsequently was self-employed as a carpenter and building contractor.
Berglund was a member of Klamath Lodge No. 77, AF & AM, Hillah Temple, Vasa Order of America Klamath Lank 460, Scottish Rite Temple and Carpenter's Union.
He is survived by his wife, Alma; a daughter, Dorothy Anderson, Klamath Falls; another daughter, Esther Fagrell, San Leandro, Calif., a son, John Oscar Berglund, Visalia, Calif., a sister Elin Tallberg, Pendleton; eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
