Sarah was born to Sicilian immigrants, Nunziato "Nick" Sarao and Marianna "Mary" LaSpada Sarao. Sarah was a proud graduate of Reagan High School class of 1938. She married the love of her life, Alvin Albert on October 12, 1940. She enjoyed visiting and playing with her grandchildren. Among her many interest were cooking and entertaining family and friends. Sarah was an accomplished seamstress, who sewed clothes for all occasions. She volunteered at her children's schools and for church activities which included Catholic Daughters and the Altar Society at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church where she and Alvin were charter members. She is preceded in death by her parents Nick and Mary Sarao, sisters Angelina Sarao Kirk, Marie Sarao Hamala Kologincazak and brother Anthony "Tony" Sarao. Sarah is survived by loving husband Alvin; children Alvin Joseph & wife Linda, Mary Lou Albert Paulsel & husband John, Kathy Albert and Lisa Albert Bean. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, Chris Paulsel, David Paulsel, Michelle Paulsel Morris, Kimberly Paulsel, Letitia Albert Stryk, Melissa Albert Murphy, Amy Poland, Jason Poland, Sarah Bean, Marie Bean, and Virginia Bean; great grandchildren, Rebecca and Rachel Paulsel, Brian Morris and Luke Bean; sister, Theresa Welborn and brother, Lewis Sarao.
