CHARLES PHILLIP CLINE, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ruben Naylor, Highfield, Md., Saturday morning at 5 o'clock, of pneumonia, after a short illness, aged 78 years.
He was born in Myersvillem Frederick county, son of Samuel and Mariah (Ambrose) Cline, but had lived the greater part of his life in the Charmian and Blue Ridge sections.
He is survived by the following children: Charles Roy, Waynesboro, Route ; Mrs. Ruben Naylor, Mrs. Harry E. Harbaugh and Mrs. Alvie McAfee, all of Highfield; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Jerry Miller, Fountaindale, Pa.
Funeral services on Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Naylor home and later from St. Steven's Reformed Church, Highfield, at 2:30 o'clock by Rev. D. X. Gass and Rev. A. G. W. Pfaffko. Interment will be in Bethel cemetery.
The body may be viewed at the Naylor home Monday evening and on Tuesday prior to funeral.
