Ernest Garrison, age 58, died Dec. 31 at Los Angeles, California. His body was brought back to Marble, his native community, and interred January 9 in the Big Sandy cemetery, the funeral service being conducted by Rev. Gy Porter of Fayetteville. The arrangements were directed by the Bruce Brashears Funeral Home.
The deceased was a son of the late Stinson Garrison. He had resided in California the past 24 years. Surviving him are his wife; two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Spurgeon and Mrs. Mary Smith of Bartlesville, Okla., and three brothers, Charlie of Shiatook, Oklahoma, Miles and Truman of Marble.
