Virginia Lucille Lewis, 91, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, died Friday, April 16, 2010, at Garrison Assisted Living in Reynoldsburg.
She was born Nov. 4, 1919, at South Point, Ohio, a daughter of the late Jesse J. Gantz and Linda McKee Gantz.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles T. Lewis, on Dec. 25, 2007. They were married March 17, 1939, in Grayson, Ky. She was an employee of Pogues in Cincinnati, Ohio, as a hair dresser for 20 years. Upon retirement she moved to the Columbus area.
She is survived by a sister, Violet Gantz of Portsmouth, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by a sister; Margorie (Ernest) Angel.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 20, 2010, at Siloam Cemetery in South Shore, Ky. There will be no visitation. Morton Funeral Home in South Shore is in charge of arrangements.
