Married 7 Jul 1950 to Bessie Fern Blacklock, Big Springs, Tx. Buster's father Matthew Mark Adams and Mother, Ruth Aline Britt.
In Memory of:
In regards to the part of the service about his hat. As we were getting ready to leave the reunion. Buster and several of us were sitting at a table and his hat was on the table. I commented that I had a hat that wouldn't fix. Me being not hat savvy ask to try it on, it was to big but the right shape. He said, get an oval size. Well I didn't know an oval size existed.
Well, we know that no one can fill his boots or fit to his hat. The only way is to fill them with memories. Their's going to be a great big hole in our hearts, for a good while.
In my family research (Langford) one of the fore fathers, a dove followed him around for two days and then left. He later found out his father had died during this time. This morning I was sitting on porch drinking coffee, when all of a sudden this dove drops in onto a large tree limb. There were no other birds around. I being about 20 feet away, watch it, an listened, it was making different sounds and moving every way for about five minutes. I thought to myself, "na it can't be".
