PROVINCETOWN, Mass., Dec. 3.--The funeral of Capt. David H. Atkins, Elisha N. Taylor, and S. Frank Mayo, of Life-saving Station No. 7, who were drowned on Tuesday morning, took place to-day in the Centre Church, the Rev. H. Martin officiating.
