Cora Addie Rightmer, age 95, passed away Friday, April 9, 2010, in Silver Springs Nursing Home in Houston. She was born to Paul and Elizabeth Hausler, near Muldoon, Fayette County, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Willie Cecil "Bill" Rightmer; her brother, Paul Junior Hausler. Survivors include her sisters, Agnes Munro, Nora Baumbach, Julia Whetstone, Dorothy Fletcher all of San Antonio; and Mary Brandt of Alice, Texas; her daughter, Betty Rightmer Martin of Houston; her son, Kenneth Rightmer and wife, Janice; her grandchildren, Kimberly Rightmer Miller and Husband, Gary, and Julie Rightmer Riggs; her great-grandchildren, Joshua Miller, Rebekah Miller, Moriah Miller, and William Riggs, all of Nederland, Texas. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Jacinto City, Texas.

A visitation was held on Sunday evening, April 11, 2010, at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. The funeral service was held on Monday afternoon, April 12, 2010, at Forest Park Lawndale's Family Chapel with interment immediately following.
