Born in Lindley, NY on April 19, 1939, Beverly was the daughter of Charles and Elizabeth (Wilston) Sly. She married Roy Stone in 1966 in Lindley. She loved camping, crocheting, country music, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband Roy; two daughters, Kay (Ivan) Keeney of Caton and Lydia Stone of Selinsgrove, PA; four sons, Richard (Candace) Stone of Corning, Roy (Carol) Stone of Caton, Ronald (Darlene) Stone of Caton, and Charles Stone of Caton; two brothers, Robert Sellard of Pine City and Bernard Sly of Painted Post; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Beverly was predeceased by six brothers and sisters.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, July 12th from 1 until 4 PM at Phillips Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 17 W. Pulteney Street in Corning where funeral services will follow at 4:00 PM. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Caton.
