Emma Workman died Sunday in her home at the east edge of Garrett of a cerebral hemorrhage. She was born May 31, 1884 at Flora and had been a resident of Garrett since 1945. Surviving are the husband, Wilbert Workman; three sons, Carl, Avilla, and Kenneth and Merle, Garrett; three brothers Elmer and Richard Michael, Flora, and William Michael, South Bend; four sisters, Mrs. Grover Workman, Rome City, Mrs. Milton Barkley, Mrs. Howard Martin and Miss Addie Michael, all of Flora; seven grandchildren and a great-grandchild. She was a member of the United Brethren Church at Flora. Funeral at McKee Funeral Home in Garrett Tuesday. Burial Christian Union Cemetery
