By 1852 the family was in Hickory County, MO where Elizabeth's uncle {Daniel Epley) was a deputy sheriff and Justice of the Peace. By 1855 she had married Willoughby Wisdom, and they moved to his land in TWP 38N 20W west near Jordan, MO along the banks of the Little Niangua River, where she lived until her death.
Of the nine children living when Willoughby Wisdom died in 1880, only four had reached "maturity." When Elizabeth Ann Wisdom died in 1883, one of those (Julia) was reaching maturity. Julia married Levi Pippin in Dec 1883. Levi Pippin became guardian of the four minor boys (John, James, Anderson, and Charles). The youngest child (Charles) was only about seven years old in 1883.
Based on paper evidence Elizabeth Ann Moore Wisdom died between Apr 1882 and Apr 1885, but probably early in this period. The above death date assumes that the death date transcribed as 2-May-1833 in the 2003 transcription was written as 2-May-1883. This is consistent with the paper evidence.

Gravesite Details
Elizabeth's gravestone in Palmer Cemetery was transcribed twice between 1988 and 2003. In both cases the transcribers noted that many of the stones in this small family cemetery were faded and hard to read ("illegible"), with abt. 20 unmarked graves.
