ELMIRA -- David L. Blair, 86, of 413 W. Franklin St., Horseheads, died Thursday, Nov. 30, 2000 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira.
He was retired from the Penn Yan Express Co.
Survivors include a son, David Blair of Horseheads; two daughters, Bonnie L. Sampson and Patricia A. Blair, both of Horseheads; a brother, Robert F. Blair of Johnstown, Pa.; a stepbrother, Franklin Banfer.
Calling hours are 2-3 p.m. Sunday at the Van Buskirk-Lynch Funeral Home, Mill Street and Grand Central Avenue, Horseheads.
Services will be held there at the conclusion of calling hours at 3 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Horseheads.
