Mrs. Alice Threadgill Bennett, widow of G.W. Bennett, died Wednesday afternoon at 4:30 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. R.E. Arledge of Midnight.

Services will be held at Berea Friday morning at 11 o'clock with burial there.

Besides Mrs. Arledge, she leaves two other daughters, Mrs. John Blain of Greenwood and Mrs. Tom Bradley of Tallulah, La., one brother, J.S. Threadgill, Port Arthur, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Betty Turner and Mrs. Gimma Proctor of Leland.
