"James W. Albright, 94, of 6901 Spruce, died Sunday at a nursing home in Harrisonville. He was born in Lincoln, Ark (In the 1910 and 1920 Iowa Federal Census he says he was born in KY and in the 1930 Missouri census he says he was born in KY. His father, James William Albright was a traveling Baptist Minister going from his home in Meade Co., KY to Lamar Co., TX to Brentwood, AZ to Lincoln Co., AZ (which could be why the James Williett Albright family thinks he was born in Lincoln, Ark.)., and lived in this area most of his life.
Mr. Albright was a salesman for 40 years for the Prudential Life Insurance Company of America before he retired in 1945. He was a member of the Swope Park Baptist Church. He leaves his wife Alma Albright of the home and a granddaughter. (this line of Albrights ends with James Willett Albright as he left no son-note from Ann). Services will be at 1:30 pm Tuesday at the Langsford Chapel;burial in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 8 pm tonight at the chapel.
