OBITUARY
WILLIAM CURTIS TRIPP

Wm. Curtis Tripp was born in Lanham, Kans., April 10, 1885 and passed away at Thayer County Memorial Hospital in Hebron, June 17, 1965 at the age of 80 years, two months and seven days.
He lived in Belvedere before coming to Hebron in August of 1904 where he lived until the time of his death. Mr. Tripp was in the blacksmith profession with his father unitl his father's death in January of 1940. He had continued in this profession until last fall when his health began to fail. He was the National horse shoer champion.
April 4, 1915, he was united in marriage with Carrie Davison of Tecumseh. They have always made their home in Hebron. He is survived by his wife, Carrie; one sister, Mrs. Irene Marling of Hayward, Calif.; four nieces, three nephews and other relatives and friends.
he was baptized in the Belvedere Christian Church and later transfered his membership to the Christian Church in Hebron where he was a member at the time of his death.
