What a super Uncle he was. Uncle Earl was the type of uncle that when a little baby niece wanted a baby bottle, and everything was closed. He called and woke up the local drug store owner and had him come down to the store so that Uncle Earl could get the baby niece a bottle, not for me but my little sister, Penny. What a guy.

I always had a wonderful time with him and Aunt Bonnie. He bought a b-b-gun and told his son and me not to play with it because it needed to be adjusted. But did we, no, we played with it and the leaver popped back up and pinched my tummy and smached one of my fingers.

He came to visit my sister and myself the very night he died. He brought my sister a red and white bull bank and a straw purse, and he gave me a black and whit bull bank and a straw purse. He was on his way back to work when he had the accident.

I sure loved him a lot.
