Walter Miller was employed at Illinois Canning Co., for 25-years and served on the board of directors of the Joan of Arc Credit Union. Son of Charles and Lillie Sollars Miller. On September 30, 1939, he married Evelyn L. Grider in Williamsport. Evelyn was the daughter of Owen and Rosa Anna Kelley Grider. Children: Charles L., Jackie L.,(Sarah) Curtis Owen, (Wendy) and Jane Miller-Matson, (Phil). Survived by ten grandchildren, 20+ great-grandchildren.
