CLEAR SPRING - Chester Lynn Albright Sr., 65 of Rt. 1, died early Sunday morning at the Fulton County Medical Center in McConnellsburg, Pa.
He was born in Berkeley County, W. Va., the son of Edith Albright.
He was last employed as a welder with the Victor Products Corp. in Hagerstown. He also operated a welding shop at his home for many years.
He attended the Shanktown Church in Shanktown.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Helen Louise Brubeck Albright; two daughters, Mrs. Shirley Timmons of Clear Spring and Miss Edith Albright, at home; eight sons, Chester Lynn Albright Jr. of Hagerstown, Joseph Lee Albright of Clear Spring, Robert Lynn Albright, serving with the U.S. Army in Germany and Kenneth Edward Albright, Michael David Albright, Roger Allen Albright, James William Albright, and John Cleveland Albright all at home; one sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Bingham of Santa Monica, Calif.; and four grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Thompson Funeral Home in Clear Spring with the Rev. Arnold Martin officiating. Burial will be in the Blair's Valley Cemetery.
