Mr. Taylor was a marketing engineer with McDonnell Douglas Corp., he was a navy veteran of World War II and Korea, retiring with the rank of Chief Petty Officer. He is survived by his wife, Louise; his mother, Mrs. Kathryn Riggleman of Fla.; 2 daughters, Mrs. Susan Smith of Atlanta, Ga., and Miss Stephanie Sturtevant of New York. Services 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Hoyne Funeral Home, 5471 Far Hills, Av. Interment Princess Ann Memorial Park, Virginia Beach, Virginia. Friends may call Monday from 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
