He was the son of William and Ann Tatters Milburn and was Born December 10, 1872, at Peoria, Ill. His boyhood was spent in What Cheer and he farmed in the Keswick community until 1944, when he and his wife moved to Dallas Center. He was married in Sigourney February 22, 1897, to Linnie McClenahan, who died September 18, 1951, He was a member of the Keswick Methodist church.
Surviving are three sons, W.A. Milburn of Dallas Center, Art, of Sigourney and Howard of Marshalltown, and three daughters, Mrs. Charley Hervey of Keswick, Mrs. Robert Barnes of Oskaloosa and T.J. Tollenaar of Sigourney. Ther are 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Three children died in infancy. Twelve brothers and isters also precede hm in death.
The service will be at the Keswick Methodist church Saturday at 2 p.m. The Rev. W. T. McLaughlin,stor, will officiat. Burial will be in Pleasant grove cemetery here. The body is at the Reynolds funeral chapel.
