CHILDRESS - Flossie Leavelle Holman, 87, died Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2007.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Johnny Robertson officiating. Burial will be in Childress Cemetery by Johnson Funeral Home.
Mrs. Holman married Woodrow Wilson Holman on Dec. 16, 1937, in Waurika, Okla. She was a homemaker, farmed cotton and grew cantaloupes for many years.
Survivors include four sons, Alden Duwain of Hardin, Robert Holman of Childress, Wilson Holman of Santa Fe, N.M., and David Holman of Morrilton, Ark.; two daughters, Grace Holman and Lila Hoobler, both of Childress; 10 grandchildren; seven stepchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to First United Methodist Church or Meals on Wheels.
