He was born July 30, 1883, in Hungtington, Emery county, son of Joseph and Mette Maria Nielsen Jones. He was a veteran of World War I.
Survivors include nine sisters and brothers, Mrs. Margaret Marcusen and Mrs. J. H. Ballenger, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Leland Christensen, Shelley, Ida.; Mrs. R. A. Porter, Spanish Fork; Milton Jones, Boise, Ida., and Mrs. C. M. Benjamin, Mrs. Mark Tanner and Rollan and Burt Jones, Price.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. in the Wallace funeral chapel. Burial will be in Huntington cemetery.
Friends may call at the place of services Friday from 10 a.m. to time of services.
