Thomas H Eley, of Dorranceton, died at the Retreat Hospital at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, June 27, of heart trouble, after a severe illness of four months, aged 68 years. Deceased was born at Rosscommon, Monroe county, near Windgap, May 30 1838. He is survived by three children, Mrs. George H Mack, Mrs Edwin M Morgan, and Frank P Eley, of Dorranceton; also two sisters, Mrs Mary De Reamer, of Nazareth, Pa and Mrs Joseph Mondeau of Chicago, Ill. Funeral Friday at 10 am from the home of Mrs G H Mack 29 East Bennett Street. Interment at Forty Fort. -- Wilkes Barre Times, June 28, 1906.
