Mrs Fannie E, wife of Judge Wiley C Howard, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs Thos F Comer, at 5 o'clock Sunday morning in her 77th year.
The funeral was held at 1:00 o'clock Monday at the residence, 270 Barber street, conducted by Rev J J Bennett. Interment in Jefferson County, Dorsey's Funeral Directors in charge.
Surviving Mrs Howard are her husband, Judge Wiley C Howard, son James Frank Howard of Mississippi, four daughters, Miss Nettie V Howard of Atlanta, Miss Annie R Howard of Turnerville, Ga, Mrs Thomas F Comer with whom she was visiting when taken ill some time ago, and Miss Lucy F Howard of Atlanta, five grandchildren, adopted grandson John Wiley Bell. She was a member of the Jefferson Baptist church.

Frances was the daughter of Joshua Hammond Randolph and Nancy Oliver.
